|  | Well Done Penny Wilkin!

Before all her friends and fellow members of Coventry Triathletes get in with their congratulations, we would like to say very well done to Penny Wilkin for her fantastic performance in the Barcelona Marathon.
After following our captains advice which was "Run when the gun goes off and keep running". Her time of 4:08.50 was a new personal best, in fact beating her previous by over five minutes.
All her friends at Old Coventrians RFC would like to wish her all the best in the build up to Switzerland Ironman in July.
But for now bask in your glory Penny and there is a pint of Green King IPA waiting at our bar for you!!
